Summer
Staff Compensation

Medeba can contribute towards this value as an honourarium. The remainder
amount can be raised through Medeba's Project Share Program.
Medeba's Honourarium

Terms and Conditions of Contracts
An Employment/Win-Win Agreement (contract) will be sent to you once
you have been hired and is a binding contract between you and Medeba.
We hire our staff expecting them to finish their entire term of ministry
as outlined in the contract, so we can plan effectively for the summer.
Medeba's Project Share Program
Medeba's organizational values: Honour God, Develop People and Pursue
Excellence are determining factors in the staff team that we assemble
each year. With external influencers such as increased tuitions, pressure
to earn more money during the summer months to assist with lifestyle activities
and saving for school, the demands on young adults to seek employment
with higher wages is increasing. Being a charitable organization and keeping
our pricing affordable to camp families does not allow for significant
wage increases.
We are pleased to offer a program that will assist in retaining and attracting
the high caliber staff that Medeba desires and support a summer of incredible
opportunity for you.
Project Share allows summer staff to raise support for a summer staff
fund from local churches, families and friends and other sponsors. We
trust this program allows you to meet the financial demands you and your
family. We desire the best people to join our staff team as we continue
in "Changing Young Lives".
