COME SERVE AND CELEBRATE MEDEBA!

We hope you will join us:
To everyone who has ever served as staff here at Medeba, we hope you will be able to come back and bring your family this May long weekend. We have a big weekend planned where you can come to celebrate, serve and be reunited to Medeba and all of those that have been a part of the staff team. Reconnect with your friends from the past and make new memories to take with you into the future. We hope you have a wonderful time re-uniting!

WEEKEND COMPONENTS:

SERVING
Serving Medeba - Strap on the work boots or grab some cleaning supplies! Assist us in finishing those outstanding projects and tasks - it makes all the difference! We are asking that at least one person from each family participating in the weekend be committed to serving Medeba on Saturday. We recognize some families will want to have more than one family member participate. We will be offering a full children's program (ages 4-13) to accommodate you.

CELEBRATION
Banquet - We truly appreciate the fact that you are here, and your hard work in Serving Medeba. The Banquet is one way to say "Thank you" and to give us an opportunity to share some memories of past years at camp.
Campfire and Fireworks - Do we need to say more?! Get ready to perform those 'oldies but goodies', memorable skits, songs and stories.

ADVENTURE
Activities for Everyone - A full Sunday afternoon of fun and adventure for everyone. Come and try all the 'new' activities (and show off to your kids).

COMMUNITY AND RE-CONNECTING
Do you remember how important making friends and being in a community meant to all of our campers? That irreplaceable atmosphere of camp! This time it is you on the receiving end - come and enjoy the benefit of relaxing and quality time with family and friends. We trust this time will be a blessing to all!

Evening Campfire/Program - this is where is gets really fun with staff from joint years re-creating favourite campfire songs, skits, etc!!

Departure through the day (for some)

Monday:
Breakfast
Optional serving morning

Lunch for those serving in the morning

COST:
FREE - There is NO cost. This an opportunity for us to thank you. Each of you were a vital part of this ministry and we would like to offer this weekend to you. We are asking that at least one person from each family is involved in our Serving Medeba on Saturday.

ACCOMMODATION:
CHALETS - limited number, book now! (Sleeps 4)
CABIN - great for a family or two or a group of individuals (Sleeps 10)
TENTS - we have a dozen tents for those 'true' adventurers and campers
TABINS - oh, we have all heard the stories - why not re-experience one of Medeba's most popular events?
BRING YOUR OWN - space is not a factor, bring your own tents or trailers for the weekend (no electrical hook-ups for trailers)
