Program Themes

Personal Development
This program is designed to help students develop a positive self image. A variety of activities will help them to build confidence. Themes may include: pushing perceived limits, problem solving and the importance of encouragement.

Growing as a Community
This program is ideal for groups that need to understand techniques for improving group dynamics. Themes may include: communication, trust, goal setting and sharing.

Leadership Development
This program teaches students the value of quality leadership and helps them discover skills and strategies necessary to be effective in leadership. Themes may include: servant leadership, leading and following, decision making, communication, problem solving and goal setting.

Team Building
This program is designed for established groups or teams that need to better understand the importance of working effectively with others. Themes may include: communication, trust, problem solving and inclusion of all members.

Creative Problem Solving
This program allows students to find solutions for difficult problems by working together and exploring a variety of possibilities. Themes may include: lateral thinking, brainstorming, evaluation of human and material resources, communication and goal setting.

Skill development
This program is designed to introduce students to exciting non-motorized recreational options for their life. Each skill includes the following components; success and challenge, meeting personal goals and stewardship of God's creation.
